Paris is still set to launch the world tour, but the concert will now take place in 2009.  The Saitama concert will be replaced with a larger concert tour across all of Japan in the spring of 2009.  After Paris the band will still stop in Hong Kong, Bangkok, Taiwan, and Korea in addition to adding more Northern European stops in Sweden and other locations.  No mention has been made of a US stop since they cancelled the planned New York City concert earlier this year.
